Membership terms.

These terms apply to membership of The Vine, operated by Ninja Puppy Group (Pty) Ltd.

1. Membership by application

Membership is offered at our discretion following an application. We may decline an application without giving reasons, including where a category is already well represented.

2. Fees and payment

Membership is annual. A once-off joining fee applies to each new individual. Fees are payable by EFT against our invoice. Your membership year starts on the date your payment is received. Fees are not refundable once the membership year has started, except where the law requires otherwise.

3. Renewal

We will send a renewal invoice before your membership ends. If a renewal is not paid within 14 days of the end date, access to the member hub is paused until it is.

4. Corporate memberships

A corporate membership covers the number of named people in its plan. The lead contact may nominate colleagues for the available seats; each nomination is reviewed like an application, and each new person pays the joining fee.

5. Experiences

Membership does not guarantee access to any particular event, ticket or hospitality. Places are limited and allocated by RSVP, ballot or invitation. Members and their guests must follow the host's ticket, guest and conduct rules. Tickets and hospitality may not be resold or transferred without permission.

6. Conduct

Members agree to the community code. We may suspend or cancel a membership that breaches it, without refund where the breach is serious.

7. Privacy

Our use of your information is described in the privacy policy.

8. Changes

We may update these terms. Material changes will be communicated to members by email before they take effect.
